Etiquette provide a speedy repair service on all Sato printers. With two options available for one-off repairs, we will ensure that your printer is up and running again in no time at all.

We appreciate the consequences of production down-time and will work with you to ensure that your printer is in prime condition once again. With Etiquette, you're in safe hands.

OPTION 1: Site Visit

Our highly skilled and professional CX400 engineers can visit your site, and make the necessary repairs on site, bring any required spares with them. As you would expect, this option is slightly more expensive, but is ideal where downtime is costly and an urgent solution is required.

Site Visit Pricing Structure:

Engineer Time: £55 per hour (travelling + site time chargeable)
Mileage: 0.55p per mile

Prices do not include parts.

OPTION 2: Workshop Repairs

Sending your CX400 to us for repair is a great option where you have a weeks breathing space. Repairs are conducted here at Etiquette and your printer is restored to it's prime condition.

Bench Top Rate: £45 per hour + parts
